I offer a variety of services, including Loss, Adaptation & Wellness Coaching. Reiki with Mahatma Energy, Crystal Work, Holotropic Breathwork, Circle Facilitation and Workshops. Reiki Infused Breathwork also available.

I believe in a holistic approach to healing and wellness with various modalities promoting health consciousness.
About Me
As a certified Master Usui Reiki Practitioner trained in Mahatma Energy and a Holotropic Breathwork Facilitator, I create space for clients activating energy flow, allowing a highly relaxed state of healing as well as transcendent states of discovery in your personal journey. Assisting in the balance, growth, and harmony within your spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical beings.
As a Loss & Adaptation coach, I aid and support individuals as they navigate the Restorative and Healing journey of life. Creating a compassionate, safe space for journeying life's struggles and challenging times.
The healing journey I began more then two decades ago, has integrated with the contagious energy and light I have carried within me, my entire life. I am so passionate and driven to assist individuals and groups in communities around the corner and around the world.
I fully immersed myself into an introspective space of healing, and compassionate heartfelt forgiveness through restorative practices. Six months of that experience was spent in Sedona Arizona. I returned to the shores of Lake Erie to assist my community in healing, as I continue to discover my own Journey. I have continued my learning, growth and exploration with Trauma Informed Care for Coaches Certification, Relationship to Life and Thanatology training.
Inviting you to experience wellness sessions, transformative discovery, self developed/facilitated workshops and retreats. With the growth, support and services in developing my non-profit, in honour of my son Ashtyn, who died by suicide. Keeping his memory alive through healing and mental wellness. Our love and light shining bright for those experiencing darkness.
